Our HK Ambassadors are responsible for obtaining knowledge of the brand, including our marketing and product, so they are equipped to engage customers during Holy Kiss events. Our packages are shipped via US postal service. Each order takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, typical ground shipping in the US is 3 to 6 business days.

We value your business and want to make sure that you are excited with all of your Holy kisses. If your items are damaged on arrival, or your order is incorrect please contact us via the website through our customer service link and we will gladly resolve the issue and get your item(s) replaced in a prompt fashion.  We are unable to offer refunds for any other reasons. We will require evidence of the damaged package, which will be provided to our shipping company for investigation.
